Can I buy magic band 2 sliders at resorts or the parks don’t want to buy before

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Patricia!

While I have seen several different MagicBand accessories in the Walt Disney World Resort hotel and Theme Park shops, I have not seen Sliders for sale in several years. Currently you can find packs of Magic Bandits (which pop into the holes on your MagicBand) and MagicKeepers (which allow you to remove the icon from the MagicBand and place it in a clip). When I visited last month I saw a digital clock available as a slide-on accessory, but I don’t think that’s the type of Slider you’re talking about. There are Sliders available for Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholders, but these aren’t something you can purchase in a store.

Some of these accessories are available online through shopDisney.com. You should also be able to find them in most Walt Disney World Resort hotel gift shops as well as shops in the Theme Parks wherever MagicBands are sold. (My favorite spots for MagicBands and MagicBand accessories are Mouse Gear at Epcot and the Emporium at Magic Kingdom Park.)

Hopefully this information will help you make an informed decision about whether or not to purchase your MagicBand sliders through a third-party retailer or wait and check out the official accessories available at Walt Disney World Resort.

Enjoy your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth, Patricia, and please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with!
