Hi Gemma!
Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you’re planning an epic day at
Magic Kingdom!
During
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, only standby queues are available. So,
Lightning Lane Premier Pass can be used during normal park hours but not during the party.
I’d personally focus on high-priority attractions with long standby queues when using Premier Pass during the day, then enjoy the unique party offerings at night. While, of course, you’ll find shorter standby queues at the attractions during the party if you want to continue riding, there’s also plenty of other fun to have once the party gets going!
The entertainment is my absolute favorite part of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. I highly recommend watching Mickey’s Boo-To-You Parade, Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltactular, Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular, and the Cadaver Dans. I also love that there are character meet and greets you can’t find during normal park hours.
Make sure to jump in some of the trick-or-treat trails for some goodies, too.
Disney Parks Blog hinted that the trails will be “more fun than ever before with some familiar (and fiendish) faces surprising guests.” I can’t wait to see it all in action!
Remember, if you’ll already be at Magic Kingdom on the day of the party and you’ll also be attending the party that night, find a Cast Member beginning at 4 PM to complete your check-in, get your wristband, and pick up your trick-or-treat bag.
I hope you have the best trip! If you have any other questions, feel free to send them our way!
