If I buy a hotel park hotel stay and two park tickets. If the person who I bought the park ticket for can’t attend can I change the name on the park ticket?

    Hi Michele,

Welcome to planDisney! I hope you're having fun dreaming about your getaway to The Most Magical Place on Earth, and I hope all your Disney dreams come true during your visit!

I'm happy to share that, yes, you do have some flexibility with your plans. As long as the ticket is fully unused, it may be transferred to another Mouseketeer! You'll simply want to locate the ticket in your My Disney Experience account and click "Reassign Ticket." You'll be able to transfer it to anyone else on your Family & Friends list. If the new Guest will be staying with you in your Disney Resort hotel room, you'll want to call a friendly Cast Member to update your reservation with the correct Guest. That way, their MagicBand or card will work to access the room, and they'll feel right at home with you in the middle of the magic!

Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney, Michele, and please let us know if we can help with anything else as you're thinking through the details of your visit. I hope you have a truly magical vacation next summer!
