Hi Anthony,
I am excited to see you will be visiting Walt Disney World soon! Springtime at Disney World is so magical and includes my favorite festival of the year. The
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival is a really special event where EPCOT is turned into a magical garden with character topiaries, killer food booths, and fun activities throughout the theme park. It is a must-do while you are visiting!
Walt Disney World Tickets are
nontransferable and nonrefundable. If you have a wholly unused ticket, you can modify the dates for another time in the future. Unfortunately, once you use any of the days on a ticket the expiration date becomes valid and can not be changed.
If you have not already purchased your tickets, I would recommend only buying theme park tickets for the number of days you are 100% sure you will be going. It is easy to add days to your ticket in the
My Disney Experience app by clicking on the 3 lines at the bottom right and then navigating to "My Tickets and Passes." Once you click through, you will see an option to "Upgrade Pass" which allows you to easily add an extra day to your current ticket. If you are already in the parks or are having issues utilizing the app,
Guest Services can also upgrade your ticket quickly. This is a much better option than paying for something you aren't sure you will use.
Happy Planning,
Jenna
