If you buy DVC do you still have to pay at the time of the vacation

    Welcome to planDisney, Dawn!

Disney Vacation Club has brought such joy to my family since we became Members ten years ago. I am so happy to discuss the possibility of adding a new Member to the DVC family! Let's take a look at how planning a jolly holiday is unique with Disney Vacation Club.

One of the many features that make a DVC membership practically perfect in every way is the ability to plan financially for vacations in advance. After becoming a Disney Vacation Club Member, only two potential payments need to be made annually (or monthly, if you prefer). The first would be if you have a Loan payment, and the second would be Annual Dues payments. We prefer to have our Annual Dues paid monthly with the Auto-Pay option. Now, here is the sweetest spoonful of sugar, when you use Vacation Points to stay at a DVC Resort, no payment is required at the time of your vacation for the Resort stay at this time. The only trip you might need to make to Fidelity Fiduciary Bank would be for any charges made to your room during your stay. The only current exception is at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa; guests pay a Transient Accommodation Tax based on how many nights they will be staying and the size of their room. This is paid upon checkout.

Thank you for visiting planDisney. If you have any future questions about Disney Vacation Club, we are here to help!

    Have a Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Day!
