Hi there, Lynn! Thanks for taking the time to send in some questions to planDisney. We're glad you're here!
Target is my one-stop shopping place; where else can you get a toothbrush, potato chips, and Disneyland tickets in a single transaction? Guests who carry a Target RedCard in their wallets can receive a discount on their Disneyland admission, but as far as I know, Target usually only sells multi-day (2-5 day) tickets.
Did you know that you can also use your RedCard to get 5% off Disney Gift Card purchases? As an alternative, I recommend buying a Gift Card and then
purchasing your 1-day ticket through the Disneyland website; this way, you can choose the
tier for the date you wish to visit. When you reach the payment method selection, select "Pay with a Disney Gift Card" and enter the 16-digit Disney Gift Card number. If you have multiple gift cards, visit the
Disney Gift Card website to combine them since you can only use one card (up to $1,000) per transaction.
You can also use Disney Gift Cards for
Mobile Orders at Disneyland Resort. Just select "Use a Different Payment Method" at the bottom of the screen. After using your Disney Gift Card, you will be given the current amount left on your card after your order has been charged. If your gift card only covers a portion of your order, you can make a split payment. Easy peasy!
I hope this helps, Lynn! We hope to see ya real soon!
