    If I buy a Disney Gift card egfit on shopdisney.com, how do I use it at the parks or restaurants? Thanks, Eve

    Hi Eve!

    I love Disney Gift Cards! You can purchase a Disney Gift Card online and choose between receiving your Disney gift card by mail or an e-gift card. If you choose to receive a physical gift card, you can redeem it in the parks by simply showing it to the Cast Member at the Walt Disney World shop or restaurant. If you are at a table service restaurant, you can provide it to your server, in the same manner that you present your credit card.

    If you have an e-gift card, the Cast Member can scan it from your phone. 

    At the current time, Disney Gift Cards can't be added as a saved Payment Method within the My Disney Experience Mobile App. However, you can use a gift card as a method of payment when checking out with a purchase through the app.
