Welcome back, Katie! Disney really knows how to cater to young families, and they make it so easy to transition from land to sea and back again! There are
diapers and wipes available to purchase onboard in the gift shops should you run out of the ones you've packed. However, they do cost a little more than they would back home, so I recommend you pack more than you think you'll need. But, it is nice that you won't be out of luck should you run out before the cruise is over.
No one will go hungry on a Disney Cruise! Besides the fabulous Table Service restaurants that are part of your nightly
Rotational Dining, you'll also have 24 -hour access to snacks and meals! Swing by Cabanas Buffet, or grab a snack at the Quick Service spots by the pool, or order from the complimentary 24-hour Room Service menu - all of this food included in the cost of your cruise. The gift shops carry some pre-packaged snacks too, but those do cost extra. Many families with young children will
bring some pre-packaged snacks from home to have with them for days in port, or to keep in their day bag just in case their child wants a special snack. If your little one is picky, by all means bring a few favorites from home, but I find that being onboard is a great time to introduce new foods! Since they're free and readily available, you can easily let your little one try a bite of this or that when you pick up snacks by the pool or in the restaurants. Who knows, he or she may find a new favorite!
I hope those details help as you get ready to set sail, Katie! Stop back if we can help with any other questions before you head out to sea with Captain Mickey and his crew!
