If I buy a 5 day ticket but need to modify it before use can I change to a 3 day ticket and get refund or credit for difference in price?

    Hey there, Jason!

Once theme park tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable and may not be downgraded. But, the good news is that once your tickets are booked, they can be upgraded provided that they are within 14 days of the first use and have at least one valid day of admission remaining on the ticket.

What I suggest you do instead is to book a 3-day ticket. If you need to, you can then upgrade it to a 5-day theme park ticket.

You can upgrade your tickets through your My Disney Experience Account or by calling (407) 939-5277.

Oh, and Jason, don't forget to make your Disney Park Pass system reservations for all of your extra days!

    See you real soon!
