If I buy a 6 day ticket to Disneyworld parks can I upgrade it to 7 days if I think I need another day and if so how much more would it be?

    Welcome, Amber!

Spending an extra day at the Most Magical Place on Earth is always a good idea! I am happy to tell you that upgrading your tickets to either add an extra day or to add the Park Hopper option is absolutely possible. You may do this after your arrival at any theme park ticket window, Guest Relations location, or at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel concierge.

In order to upgrade, your ticket must also meet the following criteria:

    - Be within 14 days of first use
    - Have at least one valid day of admission remaining on the ticket
    - Not be a special offer ticket, such as the 4-Park Magic Ticket

Amber, in order to calculate the price for your upgrade, you will need to take a look at what the difference is between the 6-day and 7-day ticket for your travel dates, as you will be responsible for the difference. There is no fee to upgrade!

For example, if I were to upgrade a 6-day base ticket, which starts on February 20th 2020, upgrading to a 7-day ticket will cost just over $18, but please keep in mind that all prices are subject to change.

I hope that this helped, Amber. Please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can help as you plan your magical vacation!

We hope to see ya real soon!
