Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Angela! I’m so happy to know that you have a family visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort in the works! Thanks for sending us your question.
When it comes to multi-day
theme park tickets, only the person who first used the ticket can use any remaining days on that ticket. Once that ticket 3-day ticket is assigned and used by a person, that’s their ticket. Unfortunately, the extra days can’t be split up for other family members to use.
Angela, you can always look into
Special Offers and promotions for Florida Residents to find specially priced theme park tickets for your parents. Being Mickey’s neighbor has its benefits! Another great thing about Florida Resident tickets is that they expire six-months after their first use. So, you can split up your visits. I’ve purchased four-day Florida Resident tickets in the past and enjoyed two days in the parks one weekend and the other two days on a different weekend, within that six-month time frame. It was almost like getting two vacations in one!
Don't forget that Florida Residents can also enjoy special rates at
Disney Resort hotels! My favorites are The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Disney's Pop Century Resort.
I hope this information is helpful to you. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. Helping you with the details of your next
magical visit is our pleasure!
Veronica
