Hi there, Pamela!
It looks like it's been quite some time since you've visited us at planDisney. We're so happy you've finally returned with another wonderful
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question! It sounds like you're planning another trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth.
Oh boy! The countdown is on and your enchanting escape is just around the riverbend. Pamela, I'd be glad to help you understand your
theme park ticket entitlements.
Adding the
Park Hopper option to a theme park ticket allows a Guest to "hop" between the theme parks within the same day. Beginning on January 9, 2024, Guests may begin hopping at any time during theme park hours! Additionally, after that date, theme park reservations will no longer be required for date-based tickets, allowing Guests even more flexibility when visiting the theme parks. Pamela, I'm happy to inform you that, for a 4-day theme park ticket, you'll have a 7-day window to use all of your ticket's entitlements! That means your ticket can be used on non-consecutive days, allowing you a "rest day" or two interspersed between your park days.
Pamela, how will you spend your time when you aren't enjoying theme park thrills? My family loves relaxing at our Disney Resort hotel, putt-putting at
Winter Summerland, and dining at Disney Springs during our non-theme park days! One of my favorite activities to do outside the theme parks is taking the
Resort Monorail between the Magic Kingdom Park area Resort hotels during the evening. You could stop at Disney's Contemporary Resort for dinner at
Steakhouse 71, then speed over to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for a yummy DOLE-flavored dessert, view the fireworks from the beachfront there, then cap off the evening with a drink at
Enchanted Rose at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
I hope you've found this information helpful, Pamela! I wish you a magical and memorable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort and encourage you to return to
planDisney with any additional planning questions you might have. We're here to help you make the most of your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth, so feel free to stop by anytime!
See ya real soon,
Lauren
