I have accumulated a few of those mist spray fans and cooling towels over the years during my adventures at Disney. I am happy to report that you will find them in the shops at your Disney hotel and at theme park shops and kiosks during your visit.
You can always bring one with you if that is easier! I don't believe you will have any issues finding a new fan during your vacation.
