    We are going to buy our Believe Key Pass and would like to use it on our visit to Epcot this November. We have 2 block out dates Can we pay a fee and still get in?

    I am so happy that you stopped by today. I am even more thrilled to hear that you are planning on purchasing one of the awesome new Annual Passes!

    Mary, if your pass is blacked out for the day that you wish to visit, you will be unable to visit the parks on that day. The only way to get around this would be to purchase a two-day admission ticket and make a corresponding Disney Park Pass system reservation. 

    Mary, you should also know that your Believe Key for Disneyland will not work at Walt Disney World Resort, so you will be unable to use it at EPCOT, regardless of the blackout dates.
