It always makes me happy to be able to help a fellow Brit with the planning of a trip to my favourite holiday destination -
Walt Disney World. Even more so when that Guest happens to be from my home County of Lancashire. It really is a small world after all!
As a regular visitor to Walt Disney World, I have often contemplated purchasing an Annual Pass but, with my family always opting to stay at a Disney Resort hotel, the complimentary
Resort Transport means that we do not need to hire a car or, pay for parking at the theme parks. In addition to this, because our
UK & Ireland Exclusive Disney Magic Tickets provide such amazing value for money, I have never actually decided to take the plunge.
As you quite rightly mention,
Annual Passholder Benefits include standard theme park
parking as well as discounts on dining, merchandise and more.
I am very pleased to tell you that only one person travelling in your vehicle needs to have an Annual Pass in order for you to take advantage of the free standard theme park parking. The rest of your family, travelling in the car, can have alternative UK or, US theme park tickets.
Standard self-parking is complimentary for day Guests whilst they enjoy dining, shopping, entertainment and recreation experiences at Disney Resort hotels. Similarly, standard self-parking is complimentary at both Water Parks and Disney Springs.
It is not currently possible to purchase Annual Passes via the UK version of the Walt Disney World website. If you do decide that you’d like to buy one, you will need to purchase your Annual Pass via the US version of the Walt Disney World website, once you arrive in the US. Or, alternatively, you can do it at any
Guest Relations window at the theme parks and water parks, or, at the Disney Springs Welcome Center.
To give you an idea of price, the current cost of a Disney Incredi-Pass is $1629 plus tax for Ages 10+. You can also add the Water Park and Sport Option and/or Disney PhotoPass Downloads for an additional $109 plus tax each.
