Seeing that you are a resident of the Sunshine State, you are one of the lucky ones that can currently purchase the Disney Pixie Dust Pass. As you mentioned, the sale of the other new Annual Passes is paused until further notice, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they will resume sometime in 2022. Unfortunately, we do not have a launch date at this time. If you purchase him the Pixie Dust Annual Pass now, you will be able to upgrade it to another type once the sale of new Annual Passes is announced. Keep in mind that you would pay the full price difference between the Annual Pass types, and the difference is not prorated. Also, the pass will still expire on the original date.
