Hey there, Kristen!

I am so happy to hEAR that you are joining the club that was made for you and me, the annual Passholder club, of course!

Once you purchase your annual pass, it is not valid until you activate it. This means that your pass will be valid for one year past the date of first use.

To activate your annual pass you must visit Guest Services in Disney Springs or any ticket booth.

Kristen, even if you have not activated your annual pass, you can still make all your Disney Park Pass system reservations. Simply link your annual pass to your My Disney Experience account and you will be good to go.

While you are at it, be sure that you take advantage of all of the fabulous annual Passholder benefits on your upcoming vacation.
