Hi Kristin!
Planning a trip to Disney is a lot of fun! You've definitely got the right idea to start booking character meals as they seem to be the dining experiences that book up the fastest.
Our families favourite Mickey character meal is Chef Mickey's. It is located at the Contemporary Resort. It is a lively buffet where you will meet Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Pluto. Our second choice is Tusker House at Animal Kingdom It is a character breakfast with Mickey, Donald, Daisy and Goofy.
For princesses there are two beautiful restaurants. Cinderella's Royal Table is located inside Cinderella Castle at the Magic Kingdom. Here Cinderella greets her guests in the lobby of the castle and poses for pictures and autographs. Inside the restaurant the characters you will meet include Snow White, Belle, Jasmine and Princess Aurora. The other princess character meal is at a restaurant called Akershus Dining Hall. It is located in the Norway pavilion at Epcot. Here the princesses you will meet include Snow White, Princess Aurora, Ariel and Belle.
For a third character meal the Crystal Palace is a great choice. If your daughters are fans of Winnie the Pooh then this is a great dining experience for them. Crystal Palace is located inside the Magic Kingdom. The characters they will meet include Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet. Another character breakfast that we have enjoyed is the Playhouse Disney's Play n Dine at Hollywood and Vine located at Hollywood Studios. The characters at this restaurant are Leo, June, Jojo and Handy Manny.
Happy planning!
