Do the buses at Fort Wilderness run late to Typhoon lagoon for the Glow Party?

Hello there, Heather! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop back by and ask another excellent Walt Disney World Resort question!

Disney's H2O Glow Nights are a fun way to celebrate summertime at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park! These special events take place after the water park closes at 8:00 pm and allow Guests to experience attractions for an evening of splashing fun. In addition, Guests also have the opportunity to taste special themed dishes, party at a DJ-hosted dance party, and meet with some of their favorite Toy Story characters! My family and I recently had the pleasure of attending this event and I cannot recommend it enough! It was great to experience Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park in an all-new way while also avoiding the hotter parts of the day!

During our experience attending Disney's H2O Glow Nights, Disney Bus Transportation was provided to all Disney Resort hotels following the end of the event. So, you should have no issues arriving at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campgrounds after your evening of glow-in-the-dark fun! However, we did have to transfer buses at Disney Springs to board the bus for our Disney Resort hotel during our particular evening of attending the event. From our experience, I would highly recommend bringing some dry clothes for you and your family to change into before heading back to your Disney Resort hotel. This way your family will be nice and comfy during your ride back "home"!

I hope this information will assist you in planning for your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort!
