Are there buses at Caribbean Beach resort for Epcot and Hollywood Studios or is the skyliner the only option? Also, what are the approximate travel times for buses and the skyliner from CBR to each park? Thank you!

Welcome BACK to planDisney, Julie! Thanks for stopping by with another vacation question. It appears that your next visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth is just around the riverbend! In no time at all, you’ll be enjoying some fun and relaxation while the palm trees around you sway in the breeze. Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is a relaxing paradise right in the heart of the magic!

After getting to experience the Disney Skyliner, during my most recent visit, it quickly became my favorite mode of transport in Walt Disney World. I loved being whisked away on the aerial gondolas, enjoying the beautiful views while being transported to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. I think you will really love having the Disney Skyliner for transportation during your upcoming stay.

The Disney Resort Hotels: Know Before You Go page states that the Disney Skyliner is the option for travel between Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT, but I highly recommend that you check with a Cast Member upon your arrival to determine the transportation options available during your stay.

While it is difficult to predict precise transportation times, as they may be impacted by various factors, I can give you approximate times from your resort to each park. Taking the Disney Skyliner to Disney’s Hollywood Studios should take around six minutes and transport to EPCOT around nine minutes, barring any stoppages and not including queue wait times. Bus transport to Magic Kingdom Park will take around 20 minutes and Disney’s Animal Kingdom around 25 minutes; though you will want to allow some extra time for waiting at the bus stops and subsequent stops prior to departing the resort.

I hope that this information helps you to put the final touches on your vacation planning for your upcoming stay at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. Please stop back by planDisney any time we can help answer your vacation questions.
