Hello there, Linda,
I see you have an upcoming stay at
Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. This has actually been on my list, so I'm especially excited to help you with your question! I recently had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful resort, and the grounds are absolutely stunning. It truly feels like you've escaped to a whole new world, combining a magical Walt Disney World vacation with the peacefulness of camping. My boys absolutely love to camp, and I have to admit, I haven't tried it myself yet, but camping at Walt Disney World might just convince me!
The quickest way to get to EPCOT from the Campgrounds using
Disney buses is to take an internal Campground bus to the Outpost Depot. From there, you'll be able to catch a bus that takes you directly to EPCOT.
If you’re planning to enjoy
Early Theme Park Entry, I recommend scheduling a ride with a Minnie Van using the Lyft app. Keep in mind this service comes with an additional fee, but Minnie Vans will drop you off right in front of the EPCOT entrance, just like Disney buses.
Early Theme Park Entry is just one of the
many benefits for Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel. Being able to enjoy the theme parks 30 minutes before they open to the public is the perfect time to knock out some popular attractions with lower wait times. The
complimentary resort transportation is also a game-changer, making it even more convenient to stay in the magic.
While you're at EPCOT, be sure to check if there's a festival happening during your visit. Right now, the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is in full swing and runs until June 1st. There are so many delicious food and drink options, so I always recommend researching ahead of time and making a list of what you'd like to try. That way, you won't miss anything important!
Linda, thank you so much for bringing us another question! You've truly convinced me to book that trip and experience the Campgrounds myself. It's been so much fun helping you today. Please
come back and visit me anytime.
Your personal planning companion,
Michelle
