Hi Simone!
Welcome to planDisney!
The
Skyliner is like an attraction in itself, so I totally understand wanting to go for a ride as often as possible!
Unfortunately, though, the Skyliner does not connect
Pop Century to
Typhoon Lagoon. By riding on the Skyliner, you’ll be able to access Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Caribbean Beach Resort, and Riviera Resort. By getting off the Skyliner at the Epcot station, you’ll also only be a short walk or boat ride away from the Yacht Club, Beach Club, and Boardwalk.
To get to Typhoon Lagoon from Pop Century, your best bet will be to take the bus or book a Minnie Van. While
bus transportation will be free, it will likely take you more time to get to Typhoon Lagoon, as you’ll need to first go to Disney Springs, where you’ll then transfer to another bus to complete your trip to Typhoon Lagoon.
Booking a
Minnie Van will be an extra cost, but you’ll be able to go directly to your destination, which will save you quite a bit of time.
If you end up taking the bus and need to transfer at
Disney Springs, though, it makes for a good excuse to grab a nice dinner there after a day at the water park! There are some amazing
restaurants there.
I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions as you continue your countdown!
