Droid Depot is one of the coolest experiences at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. I am glad that you all were able to participate in it and make a new best friend! I am so sorry you all misplaced your droid's remote control. Nothing is worse than having a brand-new toy and being unable to play with it. Luckily, Disney World has great customer service and will work to help you replace your lost remote.

Disney's Merchandise Guest Services is a fantastic resource for help. To get in touch with their team, please call (877) 560-6477 or email merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com and a Cast Member will be able to help you. The more information you can provide about your purchase, including having the receipt readily available, the more likely they will be to get you a new remote.
In the meantime, go ahead and download the
Droid Depot app available in the App Store. You will be able to have lots of fun playing with the enhanced features it brings to your droid and it will easily pass the time until you get a new remote! After using the app you may not even want to use the remote again.
