    On the Build-a-Band section of MyDisneyExperience, it allows me to select up to 9 characters to personalize the MagicBand. Would you know if special characters such as a ♥ would be allowed, or is it strictly letters, numbers and spaces?

    Hey, Jim! I am seriously so glad you sent this message to us! I have been trying to remember to watch for the restock on themed MagicBands but kept forgetting. These adorable upgraded MagicBands have been such a hit with guests and they frequently sell out shortly after being restocked. Well, thanks to you, I was able to get one of my favorites for an upcoming trip - the Minnie Mouse dot and bow one. So, THANK YOU, Jim!

    Let's chat about your customized MagicBand. Do you have a specific one in mind yet? If you see one you like, be sure to get it sooner rather than later (absolutely speaking from experience). Just like the solid color options, the themed bands do allow guests to customize the back of them. So stop for a second and do like Winnie the Pooh ... think, think, think! You are correct in that you may use letters, numbers, and spaces in the customization. At this time, these are the only accepted characters. Personally, I would love to see hearts or bows as an option! I guess that until then, our collection just won't be complete.
