Can you build up an inboard credit or can you use Disney gift cards for onboard credits. This will be mine and my dh 1st cruise. We are trying to plan ahead.

    Ahoy Deanne!
Congratulations on your first Disney Cruise!  I hope it will be the first of many wondrous voyages with Captain Mickey navigating the way!
I love your question because I always plan ahead for our cruise vacations by purchasing Disney Gift Cards in advance.  The grocery store I shop at gives fuel points for in-store purchases so I'm saving on gas as well as building up my shipboard credit with the Disney gift cards.  I throw at least one in my shopping cart each week and ask for them as birthday and Christmas gifts too!
Guest Services on Deck Three will accept the cards at anytime during your sailing and will apply them to your on board account.  They can help pay for your Port Adventures, adult-dining experiences, photos, spa treatments, souvenirs, gratuities, and much more!
I hope this helps with your planning, Deanne!  I'm sure you will have more questions as the months fly by so please keep me posted!  I love to help future cruisers like you!
Have a magical day and happy planning!
