Hello Melissa,
I understand the need to research and budget for a Walt Disney World trip, and using your Disney Dining Plan to help is a wonderful way, to allow Guests the experience to dine at some locations they may not consider if not using the Disney Dining Plan.
Trail's End Restaurant, located at The Campsites of Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, can take approximately 15- 30 minutes, depending if the boat is at the dock waiting or whether you have to wait for arrival of the boat. Either way it is the best way to travel there and makes for a very relaxing cruise.
Trail's End Restaurant aims to please those Guest with a hankering of some down home cooking and hospitality. Their dinner buffet is laid out with mouth watering chili, pork ribs, baked potatoes, fried chicken, salad, fresh catches of the day, veggies, fruit cobbler and so much more. Guests are truly able to find something for their rumbly in their tumbly here. Depending on the season Adult dinner prices typically range from $25.00- $27.00, while the breakfast buffet is approximately $18.00- $20.00. Currently lunch is al la carte and menu pricing is available on the Walt Disney World
website if your are thinking about dining at that time.
If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and may your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World be filled with many magical and memorable moments.
