I am on a budget we are going to Hollywood studios the 1st day we are not staying on resort to get dining plan so will be out of pocket. What is the best place to eat for counter service. also going to dtd for trex for dinner? suggestions

    Hi Athena,

Welcome to the Moms Panel and thank you for bringing your question to us.  Dining at counter service locations is easier on the budget and Disney's Hollywood Studios has 15 excellent locations for you to choose from.  My favorite is Back Lot Express.  Their menu is varied with salad, sandwiches and burgers to please all the eaters in your family.  With plenty of chairs and shade it's a great place for a quick meal.

If you have some pizza lovers in your family, try Pizza Planet, billed as "lunch and beyond".  Eating lunch there almost feels like you're in the Toy Story movies.  Watch out for aliens overhead!

Please come back and visit if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
