Hi, aRe bubble guns allowed? They are similar to squirt guns.

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Bonnie!

Without knowing the style and model of the toy in question, I can’t definitively say whether or not it would be allowed. While I have seen children in the Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks using clear “bubble guns” (that are obviously toys), the official Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules say “objects or toys that appear to be guns or weapons” are prohibited.

Bubble wands, however, are allowed. Available at many Theme Park shops and carts (as well as shopDisney.com), these toys bring delight to the children who love to make the bubbles as well as those of us who love to dance and play through the curtain of bubbles that greets us around virtually every corner.

I always feel compelled to do my impression of the Yellow Tang fish from Finding Nemo who shouts “BUBBLES! MY BUBBLES! I LOVE THE BUBBLES!” whenever I walk through a bubble spray at Walt Disney World Resort. I hope you’ll join in the fun, too!

Please let us know if there are any other questions we can answer for you, Bonnie. We love to help!
