Is it too much to do brunch and dinner at Remy on the same day?

    Ahoy Sung!
Enjoying a meal at Remy is definitely a culinary treat!  This French-inspired restaurant, 12 decks above the sea will definitely be a highlight of your dining experience on your cruise.  If you want to enjoy both brunch and dinner on the same day, I have some tips to make it doable.  Brunch is more laid back than dinner so an hour and a half to two hours is the amount of time you can expect for this meal.  I would recommend booking the earliest brunch seating and a later dinner time to spread out the two visits.  My only reservation about booking both on the same day is the length of time you will devote to your dinner experience.  It can take up to three hours so it is really is up to you whether or not you want allot both your late morning/early afternoon and evening to dining.
I wish I could have been more help, Sung.  If you have any other questions, please let me know.
    Good luck with your decision!
