Hi there Sarah, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I am so glad to hear you took advantage of
Memory Maker. This a great way to be able to download all your
Disney PhotoPass photos for one cost.
It sounds like you have already figured out how to
download each photo individually. If you have as many photos as I do, downloading them one at a time will be very time-consuming! There is an easy way to download all your photos at once, but it is a little tricky to find.
When you are logged in to the
Disney PhotoPass website and viewing your photos,
hover your mouse over a photo (don't click on the photo). When you do this, you should see a gray circle with a checkmark in the upper right corner of the photo. Click on the checkmark so it turns green. Now, in the upper right corner of your screen you should see a blue download button, and just below it a small square box with the words "Select all visible media". When you check this box, you should see all the circles on all your photos turn green and you are ready to hit that download button. The download button and the option to select all media do not appear until
after you have selected at least one photo by clicking on the circle with the checkmark. Be sure to
download your photos before they expire, currently 45 days after the date on which they were captured.
I hope that helps! If you have any additional questions, please stop by the Moms Panel again anytime. You can also
give the Disney PhotoPass line a call at (407) 560-4300.
Enjoy all your magical memories!
Anne Marie
