My Brother is joining us at the Polynesian a few days after we arrival. Check in is between 3- 4 but his flight comes in around 10. We were planning on going to one park before his room is ready.. Will he be able to get his families park passes before??

    Hi Julie!

Your brother will be able to check in at the Polynesian when he arrives at the resort. Even if he room is not ready yet, he can pick up his park tickets, room keys and dining plan meal credits (if he's chosen the dining plan). If his room is ready, that's great - he can drop off any luggage there and then meet you at the parks.

If the room is not ready, Bell Services can store any bags he'd like them to. He can then meet you at the parks. Once his room is ready, he can choose to be notified by text message or he can call a special phone number (provided at check-in time). Since he'll have his room keys, he won't need to return to the front desk again.

Hope this helps! Have a great trip!
