My brother is getting us military discount tickets, but isnt going with the rest of us on the Walk in Walts Footsteps Tour. Will we be able to still go on the tour without him present?

    Hi there Tracy,

Thank you for writing us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope you are having a Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah Day! I'm so excited for you all to visit The Happiest Place on Earth.

I'm happy you will be able to utilize the Military Disneyland Resort 3-Day Park Hopper Tickets. Disney Parks is great about saluting the U.S. Armed Forces with offering special priced Admission Tickets for their families. I have utilized these tickets before, the military member was asked to show their Military ID when entering both Disneyland park and Disney California Adventure Park upon first entry.

My suggestion is to book the "Walk in Walt's Disneyland Footsteps" Guided Tour on day two or day three of your visit to ensure there are no issues since the military member of your party does not wish to attend the tour. The military member can enjoy the rest of the park while the tour is going on. The "Walk in Walt's Disneyland Footsteps" Guided Tour will last about 3 hours and concludes with a lunch, after which you can plan to meet up with your brother.

I hope this helps and that you have a pixie-dusted visit. If you have any more questions, please visit me here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel and let me know how I can help you plan your magical vacation.

    Wishing you magic!
