My brother and I bought tickets to take my daughter to Disney for her bday. Unfortunately there was a mix up and now I have a child name with an adult ticket and a preteen with a child ticket can I fix this?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, you’re as welcome as can be at planDisney, Margarett!

First and foremost, we would like to wish your daughter a very happy birthday! There’s nothing better than celebrating at The Happiest Place on Earth! It’s sure to be magical!

I completely understand the mixup, Margarett! Disneyland Resort is for little and big Mouseketeers alike, and you can get those tickets reassigned by calling the Disneyland ticket help desk at (714) 781-4636, where a friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you. Once you have this taken care of, be sure to make your theme park reservations, as these are required along with valid tickets in order to enter the theme parks.

Have an enchanting celebration with your family, Margarett!
