chEARs Kelly, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Before I answer your question, please allow me to thank you for your brother's and your family's service.
Currently, Walt Disney World Resort is saluting active and retired members of the United States Military with fantastic discounts on select
Walt Disney World Resort hotel stays booked by December 2019. The discounted rooms exclude suites in the Moderate and Deluxe resort hotels. These include The Family Suites at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort and the 3-bedroom villas at the Deluxe Villa Resorts. I think if your brother has young kiddos, the
themed Family Suites are the way to go! Plenty of room for everyone, and the colors and graphics are delightful.
Walt Disney World also offers
Military promotional Theme Park tickets. These include 4 and 5-Day tickets with Park Hopper and Park Hopper Plus Options. You also can purchase
Memory Maker for a discount, which I highly recommend! I usually am not in family pictures as I'm the photographer, so I love that when we are at Walt Disney World, I get to be
part of the memories. Your brother can purchase the discounted tickets at his local military base ticket office with his military ID. When he arrives his first day, he will exchange the base tickets for the official Disney tickets. He (or his spouse with dependent ID) must be present with all of the party upon activation.
Now is the perfect time to start planning a vacation for your brother! There are so many exciting things happening, from the opening of
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge to the brand new
Disney Skyliner. I know your brother will have a fantastic time!
Kelly, we dream as dreamers do 'round these parts, and are happy to help with any additional questions. Please come on back!
