I broke off the speaker from the battery module from my Savi's workshop hand built light saber when attempting to change the batteries because I was watching a video for an older model. How can i send it in to fix it or in general is there a fix?

    Hi there, Xzavier,

Thanks so much for visiting planDisney!

Oh boy! I am very sorry that this happened. I completely understand how important this is to you. During my family’s first visit to the Disneyland Resort, I witnessed my husband build his lightsaber in Savi’s Workshop. Not only was it an epic experience, but it’s an item he still cherishes dearly today. You were simply trying to care for your lightsaber, and I commend you for it!

The best path forward will be to connect with a Cast Member via the Merchandise Support phone line. They will be equipped to guide you on the next steps!

Bonus Tip: When you call, have your proof of purchase and the lightsaber nearby in case the Cast Member has any detailed questions.

Xzavier, I hope this helps and that you can get back to embracing the Force once again very soon!

Sending you faith, trust, and pixie dust,
    Karmeen
