Is like a brochure or an app to help me plan my Disney vacation. Is there a way to choose your resort, your park choices and begin making payments

    Hi Jennifer!

Welcome to planDisney! How exciting to be in the early phases of planning your Disney World vacation! I’m happy to help!

The very first thing I recommend doing is downloading the My Disney Experience app and creating an account. My Disney Experience online and on the app will be your hub when it comes to all the planning you’ll be doing.

While 2026 Disney World vacation packages can’t be booked just yet, now’s a good time to start thinking about how long you’d like your Disney vacation to be and which resort you’d like to stay at. There are Disney World resorts for every budget, ranging from value resorts to deluxe resorts

Once you choose how long you’ll be at Disney and where you’ll be staying, you can decide how many days you want to spend at the parks. If your itinerary allows for it, I highly recommend having at least one non-park day, so you can enjoy everything that your resort has to offer.

It’s good to note that you won’t have to choose which days you’ll be visiting which parks when you initially book your vacation package, so no need to worry about that just yet! As you decide what you want to prioritize based on what your family loves, you can decide which park you want to explore each day.

When you go to book your vacation package on Disney’s website or by speaking with a Cast Member, you can choose your resort and the number of park tickets you want. You’ll also have the opportunity to add on a Dining Plan and Memory Maker if you’d like.  At the time of booking, you’ll only need to put down a deposit. Then you can slowly pay off your vacation over time leading up to your trip.

For now, start getting an idea of what you want out of your Disney World vacation and where you’d like to stay. And in the meantime, keep an eye on Disney Parks Blog for any announcements about when 2026 vacation packages can be booked.

If you want assistance with booking your vacation and creating an itinerary, I recommend searching for an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner online. Of course, we’re always here at planDisney to answer any questions you have, as well!

    Happy planning!
