We are brining a group of 11 people to Disney the week of Thanksgiving. I have made dining reservations for most of the meals for all of us. Since we are on delux dining what happens if someone does not show up for the reservation? Loss a credit?

Hi, Chris! I know that it is difficult trying to coordinate such a large group.  Inevitably, there will be times when someone can't make one of the Advanced Dining Reservations.  You will have a couple of options.  First, if you have enough advance notice and the time, you should give Walt Disney World Dining a call at (407) WDW-DINE and let them know to subtract one from your Advance Dining Reservations.  That would free up a spot for others who are trying to make reservations.  It shouldn't take long, especially if you have your confirmation numbers handy.

Second, if there isn't enough advance notice, you should leave things just as they are now.  When you show up for your reservations, just let the Cast Member at the check-in stand know that one of your party is not able to attend.  He/she will make the necessary adjustments.  If this is a pre-paid reservation and you have not cancelled within the appropriate window, the credit will be deducted.  If this is a regular Advance Dining Reservation, you will not lose any of your Dining Plan credits.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
