    I will be bringing a stroller and want to know if they are locked up outside the rides or just parked? I would love to be able to leave the diaper bag in the stroller and not have to cart it around with us, I can secure it to the stroller

    Hi there Beth!

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!  There are designated areas outside of each attraction for parking your stroller; however the strollers are not locked up. I can tell you from firsthand experience that I always left my diaper bag in the storage basket of my stroller and never encountered any problems in doing so.
