I am bringing my 12 month old. Is baby food available (for example Gerber pureed) or should I plan to pack all the food she will need? My family has a dining plan.

A very small selection of jarred baby food is available at WDW. This is sold in most of the resort gift shops as well as in the baby care centers at the theme parks. Right now I am looking at a photo I took of the gift shop of the Beach Club late last year. In the baby food section, I'm counting only three different flavors of food and two different flavors of juice available. By the way, it is Gerber brand. So, the food is there if you're in a pinch, but I probably wouldn't plan to rely on it for an entire week of meals. If you didn't want to bring the baby food with you in your luggage, you could plan to ship a box ahead to you at your resort (this could also be good for bulky items such as diapers and wipes) or you could use a local grocery delivery service such as gardengrocer.com.

    Have a great trip!
