    I am bringing my LO to Disney for the first time. We have Chef Mickey reservations for 5:25pm, what time should we leave the Contemporary resort to take a boat to Fort Wilderness to cath the Chip n' Dale's campfire. Is a boat the best option?

    Hi, Michael! Congratulations on your trip! May it be the first of many! The boat from the Contemporary Resort to Fort Wilderness is the best option if you don't have a car with you.  The boat ride should take about 20 minutes.  If you build in a cushion of time to wait for a boat and for the short walk to the campfire, 30 minutes should be ample.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
