When bringing grandkids to Disney world Do we need any documentation

    Welcome to planDisney, Carolyn!

Thanks for stopping by with your question for us.

You’re about to win the favorite relative award in your family because it doesn’t get better than giving the gift of magic! Your grand-Mouseketeers will be thrilled to make magical memories with you at Walt Disney World Resort!

Carolyn, as you know, Mousketeers under 3 are considered Mickey Mouse’s Guests and do not require a theme park ticket. Because this works more based on the honor system, you would not be required to bring any documentation.

I also see that you are a resident of The Sunshine State, and residents of Florida can save on theme park tickets! Anyone 18 or older purchasing Florida resident theme park tickets must provide proof of Florida residency. However, if your grandkids are not Florida residents but are anywhere from 3 to 17 years old, you could purchase theme park tickets using your Florida resident discount. You would need to provide your proof of residency when picking up the tickets for them. These can be picked up at the ticket windows at the entrance of any of the theme parks and at the Ticket Center at Disney Springs

Here’s to your family trying bunches of Mickey-shaped treats together, Carolyn! I hope you and your grand Mouseketeers have an enchanting visit.
