Ahoy, Linda!
I can just imagine your adorable granddaughters in their royal attire on the Disney Dream this summer because there is nothing cuter than little girls in their princess dresses! My daughter was four on our first sailing, and the pictures I have of her in her princess gown are priceless to me. Please bring the dresses you bought and have your grandgirls wear them as often as they like! You will see them all over the place including the
character meet and greet opportunities like the Princess Gathering and in the dining rooms in the evening.
If you think your princesses would enjoy a little pampering on your sailing, you may want to look into a royal makeover at the
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Since you already have the gowns, I think the Crown Package would work well as it offers a hairstyle, face gem, makeup, nail polish and a princess sash and cinch sack to keep as souvenirs from the experience. Appointments with the Fairy Godmothers-in-training can be made once your booking window opens up (75 days prior to departure if this is your first cruise), and the salon is typically open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. each day. My daughter has been pixie-dusted twice at the boutique and loved every magical minute!
Linda, be sure to have the ship's photographers document your precious princesses when they are all dressed up on your sailing. You'll treasure these pictures for years to come!
Have a magical day!
Nancy
