    Bringing electronics like tablets or game systems is that allowed? If we bring our own hotspot will that prevent wifi charges on the cruise and is the hotspot allowed? Thank you!

    Thanks for continuing to use the Moms Panel for your cruise plans!  Tablets and hand-held game systems are allowed to be brought onboard Disney Cruise Line.  Any gaming system that needs to be connected to a TV is prohibited, but these types of systems are offered in the youth facilities onboard.  Unfortunately, personal hotspots will not work while the ship is out to sea because the cell towers will be too far away for your device to pick it up.  You may have better luck when the ship is docked in the various ports of call.  If you want to connect to WiFi while on the ship, you will need to pay for the services provided by Disney Cruise Line.  The speed is a bit slower than what you are accustom to on land, but there are hotspots on each ship that usually offer better connectivity.  Internet information sheets can be picked up from Guest Services, and your onboard account will be charged for your usage.  Pricing is always subject to change, but the Internet and Phone Services page on the Disney Cruise Line website will give you a better idea of what to expect.
