I was going to bring my 15 yr old niece with us on our Disney trip. I have already purchased tickets and meal plan. I have just found out that my niece can not go. Will I be able to get a refund for my niece or have it turned into Disney dollars?

    Hi Stefanie,

I am sorry to hear that your niece will not be able to join you on your vacation. You will need to contact the travel agent that booked your vacation and ask them about refunding your niece's portion of the vacation. They will also tell you the method of refund you are entitled to.

If the tickets were part of a package, it might be possible to get the money back. However, if they were purchased separately, you can not receive a refund as tickets are non-refundable. The good news is that if they are not activated, you can use them for a later vacation.

Since you have the dining plan, your tickets are linked with this which hopefully makes a refund possible.

If you need to reach out to Disney, you can call 407-WDISNEY.

    Have a magical vacation!
