Cheers, Todd, and thanks for stopping by planDisney! As one of the "Disney Doctors" on the panel, I am used to fielding medically-related Disney questions, so let's dive right in.
You are welcome to bring
an oxygen generator into the Parks, whether a wearable generator or
one on wheels. There are certain rides where you won't be able to have your tank on you (for safety reasons), but there are plenty of lower-intensity attractions and shows to keep you entertained.
If your tank is electric battery-operated, I suggest bringing extras with you, but you can also plug them into any available outlet in the Parks. Feel free to ask a Cast Member for help finding one. They will happily help you find the right-sized outlet and the perfect spot to rest while you recharge. If you travel with extra oxygen generators, the
First Aid Centers (located in each park and
Downtown Disney) are happy to store them, and you can return to exchange them at any time. Also, the centers have excellent medical staff who can assist if you feel ill or have any other medical needs.
Todd, Disneyland is committed to having
a magical experience for all its guests, regardless of medical conditions, so I know your trip will be wonderful. Feel free to return with any other questions!
