Hello, Lisa!
Preparing for a Disney Cruise is an adventure in itself, filled with anticipation and excitement! I’m delighted you've come to planDisney with your question. Our goal is to ensure you have a magical and stress-free vacation, and we're here to help you every step of the way.
On the Disney Cruise Line website, you’ll find a wealth of resources, including a
packing list and
prohibited items, to help you prepare for your voyage. I also chatted with a reservation agent, who shared some valuable advice: It’s best to bring the original containers for over-the-counter medicine, but you can transfer them to another container. She also recommended taking a picture of the bottle, just in case there are any questions. I usually bring travel-size bottles of our over-the-counter medicine, as they're convenient and can be easily refilled for our next adventure. Remember, any prescription medication should be in original containers and packed in your
carry-on luggage for a smooth embarkation.
Before you head to the port, make sure you have downloaded the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. This handy tool lets you access the Daily Activity Schedule, check your dining rotation, and receive important announcements. The app also features a convenient chat function to help you stay in touch with your travel party. If you find an activity you don't want to miss, tap the heart icon next to the listing, and the app will send you a reminder fifteen minutes before it starts.
With your luggage packed and the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app ready to go, you're all set for an unforgettable adventure at sea. Enjoy every moment of your magical voyage and make wonderful memories!
Bon voyage!
