    Can we bring an umbrella stroller on the cruise ship? We will be taking the British Isles cruise this summer. I'm thinking we should also bring our car seat for our 16 month old, too. Would it be too bulky on the bus?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I know you are so excited to explore the British Isles on your Disney Cruise this summer! You have definitely chosen the right cruise line for your European adventure. You can bring an umbrella stroller on the ship, but Disney Cruise Line does have complimentary strollers to use while onboard and when you venture ashore. There is a limited number, but if you stop by Guest Services the first afternoon, you shouldn't have a problem borrowing one. When my son was around 18 months, we used an umbrella stroller to get to the port, but used one of the complimentary strollers provided by Disney while onboard. It was much easier to maneuver around the hallways and decks and was great to have in the ports of call. The umbrella stroller just stayed under our bed until we were ready to leave. 
    As for a car seat, it will most likely have to go under the bus. Most of the time the seats in the buses do not allow car seats because there is no way to secure them. The same goes for the tour operators in the ports of call. You can bring it, but you may not be able to use it at all.
