Welcome to planDisney, Taylor!
Thanks for stopping by with your question! At the Disneyland Resort, you’ll be entering a land where dreams come true, and I’m thrilled to help you navigate every step of the way. Let's dive into finding the right ways to make your trip as amazing as possible!
Taylor, according to the
list of prohibited items at the Disneyland Resort,
wagons and stroller wagons are not permitted. However, if you need accommodations, chatting with one of the friendly cast members about the
Disability Access Service (DAS) could be your best bet. It's a wonderful way to make your visit run more smoothly if you or members of your party require special considerations for navigating the theme parks or have difficulty waiting in a standard queue for an attraction. At The Happiest Place On Earth,
everyone is welcome, and that ain't no passing craze!
You can
request a live video chat here to pre-register for the DAS as soon as 30 days before your visit. Since every guest has unique needs, that conversation will determine what accommodations you will need.
Taylor, you can also send an email over to
disability.services@disneyparks.com if that's best for you. Those cast members are all ears (literally and figuratively) and ready to assist you with whatever you need.
I hope this is the problem-free philosophy you were looking for, Taylor! As King Scar loves to croon, it’s always best to “
Be Prepared!", so I hope to
see you again soon if you have any more questions! I'm always here to dish out
some handy tips!
