Hiya Stephanie,
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us.
As you know, the
Disneyland Resort offers accommodations for guests with disabilities, also known as
Disability Access Services (DAS). Guests can register for Disability Access Services before their visit by
speaking with a Cast Member via Live Chat who can explain the benefits of DAS and the services available. Guests can also register for DAS in the theme parks at the following locations - City Hall, Chamber of Commerce, or Guest Information.
I recommend you speak with a Cast Member via Live Chat for requests about additional Guests to add to a DAS party. Live chat is available from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. PT and the Guest requesting DAS must be present on the call. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and fully at the discretion of the interviewing Cast Member. Guests can also contact the
Disabilities Services line and speak with a friendly Cast Member about accommodations and other questions you may have about DAS.
If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
