Hi Traci,
Strollers can make those long, magical days at Disney World a little easier because little feet can last longer. You will be so glad that you have one especially when you want to keep exploring and your son is getting tired. Check out the
rules on utilizing a stroller at Disney World to make sure that your stroller is the right size before you travel with it.
Strollers are not allowed in the ride or attraction queues and must be parked nearby in stroller parking. This rule will include most indoor character meet and greets like
Princess Fairytale Hall. Some of the outdoor ones are fine to remain in a stroller because they are out in the open and do not have a designated queue line.
The only exception to this is if the stroller is being utilized as a wheelchair. Guests with physical or cognitive disabilities who need to remain in a stroller in queues will need to stop by
Guest Services and have their stroller
designated as a wheelchair. Guest Services will tag your stroller so that it is visible to the line attendant that it is acceptable to go through the line while remaining inside the stroller. With this tag, the stroller will be treated as a wheelchair and will be allowed to go through all accessible ride and attraction lines.
If you are looking for a seated experience where you get to meet several princesses at once, I highly recommend reserving a
character dining experience. My children and I always opt for one of these meals instead of the traditional meet and greets because you get to eat delicious food while you wait for several different characters to come to you! My favorite option for princess sightings is
Cinderella's Royal Table because you get to dine inside the castle and meet some of the most iconic princesses all in one sitting.
Happy Planning
